The cost of green coffee for a given roasted coffee depends on both the price paid for the green coffee and the percent of mass lost during roasting. This report displays all of the current roasted coffee items with a minimum, maximum, and mean cost per pound or kilogram based on batches of the given roasted coffee item that were produced with the most recent green coffee(s) used to produce that roasted coffee.
