Inventory Change Summary Report
The Inventory Change Summary report is perhaps the most challenging report to read in Typica because of the volume of data presented. This shows how green coffee inventory changed in a given time period.
The weight and cost columns are also summed at the bottom of the report table.
Options
Date Range
Any range of dates of interest can be selected.
Weight Unit
Weight data can be presented in pounds or kilograms.
Displayed Data
ID
This is the database ID for the green coffee. This is a link that brings up the Item Transactions report for that coffee.
Coffee
The name of the green coffee.
Reference
Any reference number entered for this coffee.
Starting Weight
The amount of coffee in stock at the start of the specified date range.
Starting Cost
The cost of initial inventory.
Purchase Weight
The amount of coffee purchased during the range of dates covered by the report.
Purchase Cost
The cost of green coffee purchased.
Use Weight
The weight of coffee used during the report period.
Use Cost
The cost of green coffee used during the report period.
Sale Weight
The weight of green coffee sold during the report period.
Sale Cost
The cost of green coffee sold during the report period.
Loss Weight
The weight of loss transactions for this coffee during the report period.
Loss Cost
The cost of loss transactions during the report period.
Adjustment Weight
The difference of weight due to inventory adjustments during the report period.
Adjustment Cost
The cost of coffee gained or lost due to inventory adjustments during the report period.
Ending Weight
The weight of coffee in stock at the end of the report period.
Ending Cost
The cost of green coffee in stock at the end of the report period.
